1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

• You report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached

Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind, size issues (if correct size was delivered), or sale/clearance items.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

2. Share your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return.

3. Once approved, we’ll guide you on how to send the item back.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

• If the returned item meets our return conditions

• If we are unable to deliver the product you ordered

• If the item is out of stock after payment

Refunds may be issued as:

• Store credit (for future purchases)

• Direct refund to your original payment method (in special cases only)

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund process after approval.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only offered:

• If a wrong size or defective product was sent by us

• Subject to product availability in your requested size

We’ll ship the replacement item at no additional cost once we receive and inspect the original item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale or discounted items

• Customized or altered outfits

• Items returned without prior approval

• Products that are worn, damaged by the customer, or returned after 48 hours

6. Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility unless the mistake was ours.

• We recommend using a tracked courier service for safe delivery.
